Terms & Conditions DuPontTM FarmCare® Rewards on Horticulture Program
  1. Coragen® purchases made from an authorized retailer between January 16, 2012 and September 17, 2012, are eligible for this program.
  2. In order to qualify for the DuPont™ FarmCare® Coragen® insecticide savings program, a grower must purchase a minimum of four (4) jugs (1 case) of DuPont™ Coragen® insecticide.
  3. To qualify to get five (5) jugs of Coragen® for the price of four (4), growers must purchase Coragen® in one (1) case (4 X 3.79 L) quantities.
  4. This offer is redeemable at the counter for case quantities only.
  5. This program applies to all Canadian growers.
  6. Products used to qualify for this bonus offer cannot be used toward any other 2012 DuPont Canada Crop Protection offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
  7. Coragen® purchased on this program qualifies for the DuPont™ FarmCare® Rewards Program.
  8. To be eligible for this offer, growers must be the end-user of all the products purchased.
  9. Qualifying purchases are based on net purchases (purchases less any product returns).
  10. DuPont reserves the right to verify any and all claims.
  11. Program subject to change without notice.
  12. Presumption of consent: By participating in this program and receiving free product, the grower acknowledges that its retailer will submit purchase information, which may include personally identifiable information, on its behalf to E. I. du Pont Canada Company and authorizes DuPont, its affiliates and any third parties designated by DuPont to use such information for the purpose of administering the program and as a basis to send information that is relevant and useful to the grower. Certain of these affiliates or third parties may be located in countries outside Canada.
