DuPont™ FarmCare® Connect Terms & Conditions
- To qualify for the FarmCare® Connect Program, a grower must purchase a minimum of 14 bags (140 acres) of Pioneer® brand canola seed between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012. The Program is open to growers in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba only. Growers must complete and sign an enrolment form prior to June 30, 2012.
- Purchases of the following seed products will be added to the crop protection purchases to determine the grower’s rebate level: Pioneer® brand D3151 (RR), D3152(RR), D3153 (RR), 45H29 (RR), 45S52 (RR), 45S51 (RR), 45H28 (RR), 45H26 (RR), 43E01 (RR), 45H73 (CL), 45H31 (RR), 46S53 (RR) and 46H75 (CL).

- Once qualified, purchases of the following crop protection products between November 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012 will determine the grower’s rebate level: DuPont™ Accent®, Ally®, Assail®, Assure® II, Barricade®, Battalion®, Coragen®, Curzate®, Express® SG, Express® PRO, Harmony® C, Harmony® K, Harmony® K Mega, Harmony® SG, Harmony® SG Mega, Harmony® MAX, Harmony® Grass, Kocide®, Muster®, Pinnacle®,PrecisionPac® herbicides (including DB-8454, DB-858, DB-10550, NC-0050, NC-00439, PP-23235, PP-2525, PP-31155, DB-6654, DB-1254, PP-3317 and Triton® C), Prism®, Refine® SG, Refine® M, Triton® C, Triton® K, Ultim® and Velpar®.
- Growers are eligible to receive rebates on the following DuPont crop protection products: DuPont™ Accent®, Ally®, Assail®, Assure® II, Barricade®, Battalion®,Coragen®, Curzate®, Express® SG, Express® PRO, Harmony® C, Harmony® K, Harmony® K Mega, Harmony® SG, Harmony® SG Mega, Harmony® MAX, Harmony® Grass, Kocide®, Muster®, Pinnacle®, PrecisionPac® herbicides (including DB-8454, DB-858,
DB-10550, NC-0050, NC-00439, Harmony® Grass, PP-23235, PP-2525, PP-31155, DB-6654, DB-1254, Refine® SG and Triton® C), Prism®, Refine® SG, Refine® M, Triton® C, Triton® K, Ultim® and Velpar®.
- In order to qualify for the Matching Acre Bonus, growers must purchase a minimum of 320 acres of Assure® II, Curzate®, Express® PRO, Express® SG, PrecisionPac® NC-0050, PrecisionPac® NC-00439, PrecisionPac® DB-858 and/or Triton® K. Growers who purchase matching acres of Ally®, Barricade®, Refine® SG, Refine® M, Triton® C and/or PrecisionPac® DB-8454, DB-10550, PP-23235, PP-2525,
PP-31155, DB-6654, DB-1254 or PP-3317 will receive an additional $0.50 per acre and an additional $1.50 per acre off of Harmony® brand herbicides.
- All rebate claims must be received by DuPont no later than October 15, 2012. Retailers will submit purchase information on behalf of the grower forrebate payment.
- Rebates will be calculated based on net sales purchase data as provided by the retailer(s). DuPont reserves the right to verify net purchases.
- Rebates will be calculated based on invoice price up to a maximum of 2012 DuPont and Pioneer Hi-Bred Suggested Retail Price.
- For growers participating in DuPont™ FarmCare® Finance program, rebates will be applied against any outstanding balance. Following settlement, any rebate balance will be sent to the grower in the form of a cheque.
- In order to qualify for the above rebates, eligible products must be used by the same grower who purchased them, on a single farming operation.
- All herbicide purchases must be made from an authorized crop protection retailer with CropLife Phase III facilities.
- Participating growers may be eligible for additional DuPont or Pioneer Hi-Bred programs or rebates. See Terms and Conditions for any other programs for program eligibility.

- Presumption of consent: By enrolling in the DuPont™ FarmCare® Connect program, the grower acknowledges that their retailer(s) will submit purchase information,which may include personally identifiable information, on their behalf to E. I. du Pont Canada Company and authorizes DuPont, Pioneer Hi-Bred, their affiliates and any third parties designated by DuPont to use such information provided for the purpose of administering this program and as a basis to send information that is relevant and useful to the grower. Certain of these affiliates or third parties may be located in countries outside of Canada.
